Bathroom Appeal
Target amount: £1,500
In preparation for the blessed month of Ramaḍān, we’re planning to refurbish our bathrooms and add Wuḍū’ areas for both brothers and sisters in-shā-Allāh.
Q Abū Hurayrah reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said:
"Whoever relieves a Muslim of a hardship from the hardships of this world, Allah will relieve him of a hardship from the hardships of the Hereafter. Whoever conceals [the faults of] a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah is in the aid of His servant as long as the servant is in the aid of his brother."

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم:
من نفَّسَ عن مسلِمٍ كُربةً من كُرَبِ الدُّنيا نفَّسَ اللَّهُ عنهُ كُربةً من كُرَبِ الآخرةِ، ومن سترَ علَى مسلمٍ سترَهُ اللَّهُ في الدُّنيا والآخرةِ واللَّهُ في عونِ العبدِ ما كانَ العبدُ في عونِ أخيهِ

Our priority is to Wuḍū’ areas on the ground floor and first floor in shā-Allāh:
- Adding two wash troughs with 3x taps on both;
- Adding tankless electric water heaters to relieve pressure from our combi boiler;
- Insulating plasterboard walls and sealing bathrooms;
- Waterproofing with tiles or LVT and a water-barrier verge;
- Re-decorating both bathrooms;
- Adding a larger sink to the first floor bathroom.
